Tanker Management · Dubai, U.A.E.

Vessels managed end to end, commercially and technically.

Pristine Ship Management runs tankers for its own account and for owners who want one team handling the engine room and the fixture desk alike — safely, efficiently and without surprises.

About Us

Owners by experience, managers by profession.

Pristine Ship Management is a Dubai-based ship management company working across the two halves of a vessel's working life: technical management — crewing, maintenance, dry docking and round-the-clock superintendency — and commercial management — fixing cargoes, chartering and keeping tonnage employed.

The company's own experience sits behind that offering. MT Ravya is fully owned and operated under Pristine's commercial management, and the same desk manages further vessels on behalf of third-party owners. Running our own tonnage keeps us honest about cost, downtime and the decisions that actually move a voyage result.

Alongside the managed fleet, Pristine is building a commodity trading arm, entering the LPG market with joint-venture partners and extending into chemicals and other petrochemical products.

Business

Three divisions, one operating standard.

Pristine manages tankers technically and commercially, and is extending the same discipline into commodity trading. Each division stands on its own, and each one talks to the others daily.

01 — Fleet

Technical Management

We take responsibility for the vessel itself: the people on board, the machinery below deck, and the certificates that keep her trading. Our superintendents are reachable around the clock, because defects and port calls do not keep office hours.

  • Crewing and crew welfare

Recruitment, certification, rotation planning and familiarisation for tanker-experienced officers and ratings, with retention treated as an operational metric rather than an HR one.

  • 24/7 superintendent support

A named superintendent per vessel, contactable at any hour, attending on board for surveys, repairs, bunkering, and any incident that needs a decision made quickly and correctly.

  • Planned maintenance and repairs

Planned maintenance systems kept current, spares and stores procured ahead of need, and voyage repairs coordinated so that off-hire is measured in hours, not days.

  • Dry dock management

Specification, yard selection, tendering and on-site supervision — from the first repair list through to redelivery, with the budget tracked line by line.

  • Class, flag and vetting

Survey planning, statutory and class compliance, ISM/ISPS implementation and preparation for terminal and charterer inspections, so the vessel stays acceptable to the trades she is fixed in.

02 — Employment

Commercial Management

Our operations team keeps vessels employed. That means fixing the right cargo at the right time, negotiating charters that hold up when the market turns, and running the voyage from fixture note to final account.

  • Cargo fixing

Sourcing and securing cargoes suited to each vessel's specification, position and trading history, working directly with charterers and through the broking market.

  • Chartering

Negotiation of voyage, time and period charters, with terms reviewed for the operational risk they carry, not only the rate on the front page.

  • Vessel employment and positioning

Continuous employment planning — managing laycans, ballast legs and redelivery windows to keep idle time and waiting days to a minimum.

  • Voyage operations

Day-to-day voyage management: port agency, bunkers, laytime, stowage and cargo documentation, handled by an operations desk in direct contact with the master.

  • Post-fixture and accounts

Freight collection, demurrage claims and voyage accounting closed out promptly, so owners see the true result of each voyage while it is still relevant.

03 — Trading

Commodity Trading

Pristine is entering the commodity trading market alongside joint-venture partners, starting with LPG and extending into chemicals and other petrochemical products. Trading and shipping sit in the same house, which means cargo and tonnage decisions are made with the same information.

  • LPG

Our entry point into the trade, developed with joint-venture partners who bring established market access, while Pristine contributes the shipping and operational side.

  • Chemicals and petrochemicals

A widening book across chemical and petrochemical products, matched to the tanker tonnage and terminal relationships we already work with.

  • Joint ventures and partnerships

Structured partnerships rather than opportunistic positions — shared risk, shared market intelligence and counterparties both sides can stand behind.

  • Integrated logistics

Trading supported directly by our own chartering and operations desks, so cargo commitments are backed by tonnage we can actually control.
